These hats were purchased between 1995 & 1999.  The Brenda Waites Bolling, Don Anderson, Whitetall & Shon (not including the pink boa), and B. Michael were purchased from JC Penny in Jersey City when they had a Women's Hat Department.  Yona's New York was purchased from the manufacturer.
