SHIPPING INFORMATION: Craytonscreations.com offers year-round shipping to our customers in the US. Shipping rates are determined by the amount purchased. We ship with UPS and USPS. Orders will be processed and shipped 24-48 hours from receipt. If the order is placed on a Friday, Holiday or weekend, it will be shipped on the next available business day. We are not responsible for late deliveries or for packages lost by UPS or USPS. Internet orders are processed according to the above referenced shipping schedule. The shipment schedule is based on the date your order is received. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped. We do not ship to international destinations. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or mechanical error and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. HOLIDAY DELIVERY DEADLINES: To guarantee a holiday delivery, we must ask you to place your order no later than 10 business days prior to the event. EXCHANGE POLICY: There are no returns accepted on earrings and hats for health reasons. Necklaces, sets, or bracelets can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. If you wish to exchange your item, please follow our exchange policy below. Requests for exchange must be made within 5 days of receipt of product(s). Exchanges must be pre–authorized by CRAYTON'S CREATIONS. Without an authorization, the item(s) can not be returned.
